Day 1: Arrive Yangon (and fly to Inle Lake)
Today we meet at the Yangon Airport for our flight to the Shan State. We then take a late morning flight to Heho and a short drive onto Nyang Shwe, the main Inle Lake town. We will be staying on the dry land next to the lake rather than on it. This gives you freedom to explore the area by bike in the afternoon. Tonight we have our first meal together. Meals: D

Day 2: Boat & Bike Inle Lake (15 miles/25km)
In the morning we take a ride around the area to learn a little about the local culture and the farming habits of the people here. We then cycle along the western bank of the lake, before taking a boat trip on the lake itself. Here we will see leg rowing fishermen, silk weaving, silversmiths and whole communities that exist in stilt houses on the lake. Everything from schools, shops, even basketball courts can be found out here, all within a short boat ride of each other. Meals: BL

Day 3: Inle Lake (15 miles/25km)
In the morning we continue to explore the Inle area by bike. We encounter various groups of people farming their land and drawing a living from the huge lake. We find flower gardens as well as small fish markets on our way. After lunch we take a drive up into the eastern hills to visit the capital of the Shan State, Tuanggyi. Meals: BLD
Day 4: Kalaw (9 miles/15 km)
We take a morning drive up into the western hills today and after a couple of hours in the car, we arrive into Kalaw, a former British Hill Station and home to an astounding mix of people, from descendents of Gurkha soldiers, to Bangladeshi immigrants, ethnic Pao O and Burmese. All share this picturesque setting with a small but fascinating market at its center. We explore the market on foot and then take to the bikes for a pedal around the town to see some of the remaining British influenced buildings. A hearty Nepalese meal is a good way to celebrate the diversity of Kalaw and enjoy some different food flavours. Meals: BLD

Day 5: Pindaya (15 miles/25km)
Today we start with a drive through a patchwork valley, surrounded by rolling hills. Local people in colourful costumes punctuate the greens, reds and yellows of the fields as we roll into the Pindaya area. We take to the bikes again and explore the villages here. A distinct change in terrain from the lakeside brings with it a different approach to farming and also to the building methods. Houses here are built from earth and need to withstand harsher weather.
As we roll into Pindaya town, we see the lake that this lovely little town is centered around. We then visit the Golden Cave, the town's most famous attraction. The cave features thousands of gold leaf Buddha images and is home to a tale of princesses and distress, rescued by a handsome prince from a giant spider. All the ingredients of a great story. Day 6: Mandalay
Mandalay was the last royal capital of Myanmar and was the first city to be ransacked by the advancing British forces. The former Royal complex was destroyed in a fire during World War II, but you can still see the impressive walls and moat. The city of Mandalay is now a bustling commercial centre with fascinating local markets. We touch down in the late morning and then have the afternoon to wander on foot and explore town. Meals: B

Day 7: Mandalay (15 miles/25km)
We take a bike ride beyond the bustle of the city to see the villages that exist around the periphery. Here we find a peaceful way of life, centered around the cycle of the farming seasons and traditional life. In the dry season while the land lays fallow, the villagers dedicate their time to traditional crafts such as making robes for monks, snacks to sell in market or other skills that have been passed down to them. Time permitting we take in the wooden monastery and Mandalay Hill before returning to the hotel. Meals: BLD

Day 8: U-bein Bridge & Mingun (15 miles/25km)
We first take a pleasant ride to the U-Bein Teak Bridge, the longest in the world, made from recycled wood at the time of the last royal capital relocation. We then continue on to a huge bell in Mingun before driving over the Irrawaddy to reach Monywa, a pleasant rural center where produce is traded and goods arrive from India. Meals: BLD

Day 9: Bagan (15 miles/25 km)
This morning we set out by crossing the Chidwin River on a small ferry. We then find ourselves on the more remote western bank of the river. Here we encounter fewer vehicles and many more surprised faces as we pedal down the quiet trails and roads to the Phwintaung Caves. These sandstone caves are a real treat. There are around 900 individual caves and while we won't have time to explore them all, we'll visit some of the most richly decorated. We then continue on our merry way and after visiting a small village, typical of this area, we drive to Pakokou where we board a boat to complete our journey to Bagan. We arrive as the sun dips low in the sky, spotlighting the pagodas of the Bagan Plain, turning them a rich orange color. Meals: BLD

Day 10: Pagodas Day Ride in Bagan (15 miles/25km)
The pagodas of the Bagan Plain are best visited early in the morning as the sandy landscape heats up by the middle of the day. We make good use of an early start and focus our visit on the temples that were built between 14th and 19th centuries, Shwezigon, the Sulamani, the Htilominlo, the Dhammayazika. In the late morning we find a shady tree to enjoy lunch under and then have an afternoon of free time before we find a spot to enjoy a peaceful sunset overlooking the temples. Meals: BL

Day 11: Drive to Mount Popa
Today we find some hills, but we'll be driving, so we can enjoy the view without the physical exertion. We climb up to the volcanic Mount Popa, home of the 37 Nat. Our destination is Mount Popa Resort with a clear, fresh pool and a view of the hill-top temple. In the afternoon, those wanting to get up close and personal with the tales of the Nat spirits can join your tour leader for a visit to Taung Kalat. Meals: BLD

Day 12: Drive to Mandalay
This morning we take a walk up the hill to see the lush green forest and to enjoy the views. We then drive to Mandalay via Kyaukpadan. We arrive into town around 5pm and then enjoy our last meal as a group. Meals: BLD
Day 13: End of tour
The tour concludes today, you can leave any time that suits. The hotel can arrange airport transport as required. Meals: B

1. CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
A CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT MUST BE MADE IN WRITING. THE DATE THAT BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL RECEIVE THE LETTER DETERMINES THE CANCELLATION CHARGE APPLICABLE. CANCELLATION FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
BOOKING DATE TO 60 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE - 10% OF TOTAL TRIP COST PER PERSON;
59 TO 30 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE - 50% OF TOTAL TRIP COST PER PERSON;
29 TO 0 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE - 100% OF THE TOTAL TRIP COSTS PER PERSON.
2. CANCELLATION BY BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL
BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL A TRIP FOR ANY REASON. IT WILL NOT CANCEL A TRIP LESS THAN 8 WEEKS BEFORE DEPARTURE EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE, CONSOLIDATION, OR THE CLIENT'S FAILURE TO PAY THE FINAL BALANCE. IF A TRIP IS CANCELLED DUE TO CONSOLIDATION OR FORCE MAJEURE, THE CLIENT MAY CHOOSE A FULL REFUND OF ALL PAYMENTS MADE OR AN ALTERNATIVE TRIP OFFERED BY BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL. IF THE ALTERNATIVE TOUR CHOSEN BY THE CLIENT IS OF LESSER OR GREATER VALUE THAN THE TOUR ORIGINALLY BOOKED THEN THE CLIENT WILL BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND OF THE PRICE DIFFERENCE OR REQUIRED TO PAY THE PRICE DIFFERENCE, HOWEVER THE CASE MAY BE. FORCE MAJEURE IS AN UNUSUAL OR UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCE OUTSIDE THE COMPANY'S CONTROL. CONSOLIDATION REFERS TO THE FACT THAT EACH SCHEDULED TRIP IS DEPENDENT UPON A MINIMUM NUMBER OF PERSON'S PARTICIPATING. THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF CLIENTS IS 30 FOR MOST TRIPS UNLESS DIFFERENTLY INDICATED.
3. CONTRACT WITH BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL
ANYONE WANTING TO MAKE A BOOKING MUST SIGN THE REGISTRATION FORM. THE PERSONS INCLUDED ON THE REGISTRATION FORM ARE REFERRED TO AS THE "CLIENT" BELOW. ALL CLIENTS WILL BE BOUND BY THE CONDITIONS THAT FOLLOW. ALL BOOKINGS ARE MADE WITH BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL WHICH SELLS THE TOURS DESCRIBED IN THEIR PUBLICATIONS. NO PERSON HAS ANY AUTHORITY ON BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL BEHALF TO VARY THESE BOOKING CONDITIONS. THE SERVICE TO BE PROVIDED IS THE TOUR REFERRED TO IN THE BOOKING FORM. BY MAKING A RESERVATION AND PAYING THE TRIP DEPOSIT YOU CERTIFY THAT YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
4. PAYMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF BOOKING
BY MAKING A RESERVATION AND PAYING THE TRIP DEPOSIT YOU CERTIFY THAT YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. THE BALANCE OF THE TOUR PRICE IS DUE 60 DAYS BEFORE THE DEPARTURE DATE UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED ON THE TRIP. IF THE BALANCE IS NOT PAID 60 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE, BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TREAT THE CLIENT'S BOOKING AS CANCELLED.
5. UNUSED SERVICES
NO PARTIAL REFUNDS ARE POSSIBLE FOR UNUSED SERVICES INCLUDING HOTEL ROOMS, AIR OR LAND TRANSPORT, OR OTHER EXCURSIONS AND MEALS.
6. PRICES AND SURCHARGES
WE MAY OCCASIONALLY BE FACED WITH SIGNIFICANT COST INCREASES DUE TO FACTORS OVER WHICH WE HAVE NO CONTROL. AS SUCH WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO IMPOSE SURCHARGES (OR PRICE INCREASES) UP TO 4 WEEKS BEFORE DEPARTURE DUE TO UNFAVORABLE EXCHANGE RATES, INCREASES IN AIR FARES OR OTHER TRANSPORT COSTS, TAXES, OR IF GOVERNMENT ACTION SHOULD REQUIRE US TO DO SO. SURCHARGES WILL BE CALCULATED ACCORDING TO THE FULL EXTRA COSTS, COMPARED TO THE ORIGINAL COSTS AND EXCHANGE RATES. THE COMPANY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FIRST 2% OF THE ADDITIONAL. PRICE AND THE CLIENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BALANCE. IF ANY SURCHARGE RESULTS IN AN INCREASE OF MORE THAN 10% OF THE TRIP COST EXCLUDING INSURANCE PREMIUMS THE CLIENT MAY CANCEL THE BOOKING WITHIN 14 DAYS OF NOTIFICATION OF THE SURCHARGE AND OBTAIN A FULL REFUND.
7. SINGLE SUPPLEMENT
TRIP PRICES ARE BASED ON DOUBLE OR SHARED OCCUPANCY FOR SHIP CABINS. SINGLE ACCOMMODATIONS CAN BE ARRANGED FOR AN EXTRA COST BUT MAY BE LIMITED ON SOME TRIPS ACCORDING TO THE AVAILABILITY OF ROOMS. IF YOU ARE TRAVELING ALONE AND WISH TO SHARE WITH ANOTHER TRAVELER, THE FIRST WILLING-TO-SHARE, SAME GENDER ROOM MATE WILL BE ASSIGNED. SHOULD NO ONE BE AVAILABLE TO SHARE WITH YOU AT THE TIME YOU REGISTER FOR A TRIP, THE SINGLE SUPPLEMENT IS PAYABLE AND YOU WILL BE INVOICED ACCORDINGLY. IF A ROOMMATE IS FOUND PRIOR TO DEPARTURE, THIS FEE WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU.
8. FLEXIBILITY
THE STATED ITINERARY IS NOT A CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF THE COMPANY. THE CLIENT UNDERSTANDS THAT THE AMENITIES, TYPE OF TRANSPORT, ROUTE, SCHEDULE, AND ITINERARIES MAY CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE DUE TO LOCAL CIRCUMSTANCES OR EVENTS. EVENTS CAUSING THESE CHANGES MAY INCLUDE MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN, FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS, ILLNESS, POLITICAL DISPUTES, WEATHER, BORDER CROSSING PROBLEMS, AND OTHER UNFORESEEABLE FACTORS.
9. CHANGES BY BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL
WHILE BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL DOES ITS BEST TO OPERATE ALL TOURS AS ADVERTISED, REASONABLE CHANGES IN ITINERARY MAY BE MADE WHERE CONSIDERED NECESSARY. BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL ALSO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE ANY OF THE SERVICES AND FACILITIES DESCRIBED IN THE TOUR DESCRIPTIONS BEFORE A BOOKING IS MADE. IF SUCH A CHANGE IS MADE, THE CLIENT WILL BE TOLD AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. IF BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL MAKES A MAJOR CHANGE, THE COMPANY WILL INFORM THE CLIENT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF THERE IS TIME BEFORE DEPARTURE. A MAJOR CHANGE IS DEFINED AS CHANGE AFFECTING ONE DAY IN FIVE OF THE ITINERARY. WHEN A MAJOR CHANGE IS MADE THE CLIENT MAY CHOOSE BETWEEN ACCEPTING THE CHANGE, OBTAINING A FULL REFUND OF ALL PAYMENTS MADE OR ACCEPTING AN ALTERNATIVE TOUR OFFERED BY THE COMPANY. IF THE MAJOR CHANGE IS DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE OR UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCE NO COMPENSATION IS PAYABLE.
10. FACTORS OUTSIDE OF THE COMPANY'S CONTROL (FORCE MAJEURE)
THE COMPANY WILL DO ITS BEST TO MINIMIZE THE EFFECTS OF MATTERS OUTSIDE ITS CONTROL, BUT CANNOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR THESE MATTERS WHICH INCLUDE POLITICAL DISPUTES, BORDER CLOSURES, REFUSALS OF VISAS, INDUSTRIAL ACTION, DELAYED FLIGHTS, UNFORESEEN CLIMATE, ETC.
11. CHANGES BY THE CLIENT
THE CLIENT MAY ONLY MAKE A CHANGE TO A BOOKING AT LEAST 70 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE. ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS WILL BE CHARGED. NOTE THAT SCHEDULED AIRLINES MAY IMPOSE 100% CANCELLATION CHARGES. A TRANSFER FROM ONE TOUR TO ANOTHER CAN ONLY BE MADE AT LEAST 60 DAYS BEFORE THE DEPARTURE DATE OF THE FIRST BOOKED TOUR. IF SUCH A REQUEST IS ACCEPTED BY BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL THEN THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHARGE AN ADMINISTRATION FEE OF 10% OF THE VALUE OF THE FIRST BOOKED TOUR. A REQUEST TO TRANSFER RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. IN THIS CASE THE CLIENT MUST CANCEL THE BOOKING AND THEN REBOOK ON ANOTHER TOUR. ANY CHANGE OR ADDITION MADE WITHIN 30 TO 15 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $20 ADMINISTRATION FEE FOR EACH CHANGE. THIS INCLUDES BOOKING ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATIONS, TRANSFERS OR EXCURSIONS. NO CHANGES MAY BE MADE LESS THAN 15 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE.
12. IF THE CLIENT IS PREVENTED FROM TRAVELING
IF THE CLIENT IS PREVENTED FROM TRAVELING DUE TO SERIOUS ILLNESS, DEATH OR SERIOUS ILLNESS OF A CLOSE FAMILY RELATIVE OR JURY SERVICE, THEN THE CLIENT MAY TRANSFER THEIR TOUR TO ANOTHER PERSON. WRITTEN PROOF AND REASONABLE NOTICE OF THE CIRCUMSTANCE MUST BE GIVEN. IF BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL ACCEPTS THE TOUR TRANSFER, ONLY THE CLIENT MAY TRANSFER HIS OR HER BOOKING TO ANOTHER PERSON. THAT PERSON MUST SIGN THE BOOKING FORM, MUST BE SUITABLE FOR THE TOUR, AND MUST PAY ANY OUTSTANDING BALANCE. THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL COSTS THAT THE CLIENT WOULD HAVE TO PAY.
13. AUTHORITY ON TOUR
THE CLIENT MUST AT ALL TIMES COMPLY WITH THE LAWS, CUSTOMS, FOREIGN EXCHANGE AND DRUG REGULATIONS OF THE COUNTRIES VISITED. AT ALL TIMES THE DECISION OFBEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL'S TOUR LEADER OR REPRESENTATIVE IS FINAL ON ALL MATTERS THAT MAY THREATEN THE SAFETY OR INTERFERE WITH THE WELLBEING OF THE GROUP OR INDIVIDUAL TRAVELERS. SHOULD THE CLIENT FALL TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE, OR SHOULD THE CLIENT INTERFERE WITH THE WELL BEING OF THE GROUP THEN THE TOUR LEADER OR COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE MAY ORDER THE CLIENT TO LEAVE THE TOUR WITHOUT RECOURSE TO ANY REFUND.
14. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
THE CLIENT MUST OBTAIN AND HAVE POSSESSION OF A VALID PASSPORT, ALL VISAS, PERMITS AND CERTIFICATES, AND VACCINATION CERTIFICATES, REQUIRED FOR THE ENTIRE TOUR. THE CLIENT ACCEPTS RESPONSIBILITY FOR OBTAINING THESE DOCUMENTS AND ANY OTHER NECESSARY DOCUMENTS. INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL ON VISAS, VACCINATIONS, CLIMATE, CLOTHING, BAGGAGE, SPECIAL EQUIPMENT, ETC. IS GIVEN IN GOOD FAITH BUT WITHOUT RESPONSIBILITY ON THE PART OF BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL.
15. CLAIMS AND COMPLAINTS
IF A CLIENT HAS A COMPLAINT AGAINST BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL, THE CLIENT MUST FIRST INFORM THE TOUR LEADER OR COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE WHILE ON THE TOUR IN ORDER THAT THE LEADER/REPRESENTATIVE CAN ATTEMPT TO RECTIFY THE MATTER. ANY FURTHER COMPLAINT MUST BE PUT IN WRITING TO THE COMPANY WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE END OF THE TOUR.
16. INSURANCE
IT IS THE CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO OBTAIN PERSONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE. THE CLIENT IS WILLING TO ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR INSURANCE UP TO LIMITS THAT THE CLIENT MAY REQUIRE. THIS INSURANCE MUST COVER PERSONAL ACCIDENT, MEDICAL EXPENSES, AIR AMBULANCE, LOSS OF EFFECTS, REPATRIATION COSTS AND ALL OTHER EXPENSES WHICH MIGHT ARISE AS A RESULT OF LOSS, DAMAGE, INJURY, DELAY OR INCONVENIENCE OCCURRING TO THE CLIENT. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT ALL CLIENTS HAVE PERSONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE. WHEN THE CLIENT HAS TAKEN TRAVEL INSURANCE THROUGH BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL THE CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE OR SHE IS SATISFIED WITH THE LEVELS OF INSURANCE ARRANGED BY US. IF HE OR SHE DOES NOT TAKE SUCH INSURANCE THROUGH BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL, THE CLIENT UNDERSTANDS THAT THE PRICE OF THE TOUR DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY INSURANCE. WHEN OBTAINING TRAVEL INSURANCE FROM A SOURCE OTHER THAN BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL, THE CLIENT MUST MAKE CERTAIN THAT THE INSURER IS AWARE OF THE TYPE OF TRAVEL THE CLIENT WILL BE UNDERTAKEN.
17. AIRLINES
OUR RESPONSIBILITY IN RESPECT OF AIR TRAVEL IS LIMITED TO THE AIRLINE'S CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE. THE AIRLINES MENTIONED IN OUR PUBLICATIONS MAY CHANGE FROM THOSE SPECIFIED, AND BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL IS NOT ABLE TO SPECIFY THE TYPE OF AIRCRAFT TO BE USED BY ANY AIRLINE. IN ADDITION, BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSSES DUE TO CANCELLED FLIGHTS OR SEATS OR CHANGED FLIGHT ITINERARIES. THE CLIENT CANNOT CANCEL THE CONTRACT WITHOUT PENALTY DUE TO A CHANGE OF AIRLINE, AIRCRAFT TYPE OR DESTINATION. SIMILARLY, THE CONTENTS OF THIS CATALOG DO NOT COMMIT THE AIRLINES MENTIONED HERE. THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE AIRLINES IS LIMITED TO THE CARRIAGE OF PASSENGERS AND BAGGAGE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE.
18. RESPONSIBILITY
ALL SERVICES ARE ORGANIZED BY BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL. NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT ALL ARRANGEMENTS MADE ON BEHALF OF THE CUSTOMERS ARE MADE BY ORGANIZERS ON THE SOLE CONDITION THAT THE ORGANIZERS SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, DEATH, ACCIDENT, DELAY, LOSS, DAMAGE OR IRREGULARITY WHICH MAY BE OCCASIONED THROUGH ACTS OF ANY COMPANY AND/OR PERSONS ENGAGED IN CARRYING OUT THE ARRANGEMENTS AND SERVICES DESCRIBED HEREIN OR OTHERWISE IN CONNECTION HEREWITH. BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVELACTS AS AN AGENT FOR TRANSPORT COMPANIES, HOTELS AND OTHER CONTRACTORS AND SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, DAMAGE LOSS, DELAY OR IRREGULARITY THAT MAY OCCUR; INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FLIGHT DELAYS AND CANCELLATION, ANY DEFECT IN A VEHICLE OR ANY OTHER FORM OF CONVEYING A TRAVELER, ACTS OF GOD, DETENTION, DELAYS OR EXPENSES ARISING FROM QUARANTINE, STRIKE, THEFT, FORCE MAJEURE, CIVIL DISTURBANCE, GOVERNMENT RESTRICTION OR REGULATION, ACCIDENT BY AIRCRAFT, BOAT, BICYCLE, MOTOR VEHICLE OR ANY OTHER FORM OF TRANSPORT IN ANY HOTEL OR GUEST HOUSE, OR OTHER FORM OF ACCOMMODATION. THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE PUBLICATIONS IS CORRECT TO THE BEST OF THE ORGANIZER'S KNOWLEDGE, BUT THE ORGANIZER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ALTER ANY ITINERARY OR SERVICE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PENALTY TO THE ORGANIZER. THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR TO REFUSE ANY PERSON AS A MEMBER OF THIS TRIP AT ANY TIME, WHEN SUCH ACTION IS DETERMINED BY BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL TO BE IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE HEALTH, SAFETY, OR GENERAL WELFARE OF THE TOUR GROUP OR OF THE INDIVIDUAL, SUBJECT ONLY TO THE REQUIREMENT THAT THE PORTION OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID WHICH CORRESPONDS TO THE UNUSED SERVICES AND ACCOMMODATIONS BE REFUNDED. PASSENGERS REQUIRING EXTRAORDINARY ASSISTANCE MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY SOMEONE WHO CAN AND WILL BE TOTALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING ALL REQUIRED ASSISTANCE. IF THE ENTIRE PROGRAM IS CANCELLED FOR ANY REASON, PARTICIPANTS SHALL HAVE NO CLAIM OTHER THAN FOR A FULL REFUND. BY FORWARDING THE DEPOSIT, THE PASSENGER CERTIFIES THAT HE/SHE HAS NO PHYSICAL, MENTAL, OR OTHER CONDITION OF DISABILITY THAT WOULD CREATE A HAZARD FOR HIM/HER OR OTHER PASSENGERS AND ACCEPTS THE BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
19. TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
IN THE EVENT THAT A PRODUCT IS LISTED AT AN INCORRECT PRICE IN PRINTED MATERIAL, ON THE BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL WEBSITE (BEYONDBOUNDARIESTRAVEL.COM), OR THE BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL SHOPPING CART, DUE TO SUPPLIER PRICING INFORMATION OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR, BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL ORDERS PLACED FOR THE PRODUCT LISTED AT THE INCORRECT PRICE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED AND YOUR CREDIT CARD CHARGED. A FULL REFUND WILL BE MADE TO PASSENGERS WHO CHOOSE NOT TO PAY AN INCREASE, PROVIDED BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL RECEIVES A WRITTEN CANCELLATION WITHIN FIVE DAYS OF THE PRICE INCREASE NOTIFICATION.
20. JURISDICTION
BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL HOME OFFICE IS IN COLORADO AND ANY DISPUTES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY COLORADO LAW AND ARE SUBJECT TO EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN EL PASO COUNTY, COLORADO. IN CALCULATING THE COST OF YOUR TRIP, BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL HAS RELIED ON YOUR CONSENT TO THESE TERMS AND IN THE ABSENCE OF THIS RELEASE, THE TRIP COST WOULD HAVE BEEN HIGHER.
Beyond Boundaries Travel Terms and Conditions
1. CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
A CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT MUST BE MADE IN WRITING. THE DATE THAT BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL RECEIVE THE LETTER DETERMINES THE CANCELLATION CHARGE APPLICABLE. CANCELLATION FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
BOOKING DATE TO 60 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE - 10% OF TOTAL TRIP COST PER PERSON;
59 TO 30 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE - 50% OF TOTAL TRIP COST PER PERSON;
29 TO 0 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE - 100% OF THE TOTAL TRIP COSTS PER PERSON.
2. CANCELLATION BY BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL
BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL A TRIP FOR ANY REASON. IT WILL NOT CANCEL A TRIP LESS THAN 8 WEEKS BEFORE DEPARTURE EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE, CONSOLIDATION, OR THE CLIENT'S FAILURE TO PAY THE FINAL BALANCE. IF A TRIP IS CANCELLED DUE TO CONSOLIDATION OR FORCE MAJEURE, THE CLIENT MAY CHOOSE A FULL REFUND OF ALL PAYMENTS MADE OR AN ALTERNATIVE TRIP OFFERED BY BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL. IF THE ALTERNATIVE TOUR CHOSEN BY THE CLIENT IS OF LESSER OR GREATER VALUE THAN THE TOUR ORIGINALLY BOOKED THEN THE CLIENT WILL BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND OF THE PRICE DIFFERENCE OR REQUIRED TO PAY THE PRICE DIFFERENCE, HOWEVER THE CASE MAY BE. FORCE MAJEURE IS AN UNUSUAL OR UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCE OUTSIDE THE COMPANY'S CONTROL. CONSOLIDATION REFERS TO THE FACT THAT EACH SCHEDULED TRIP IS DEPENDENT UPON A MINIMUM NUMBER OF PERSON'S PARTICIPATING. THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF CLIENTS IS 30 FOR MOST TRIPS UNLESS DIFFERENTLY INDICATED.
3. CONTRACT WITH BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL
ANYONE WANTING TO MAKE A BOOKING MUST SIGN THE REGISTRATION FORM. THE PERSONS INCLUDED ON THE REGISTRATION FORM ARE REFERRED TO AS THE "CLIENT" BELOW. ALL CLIENTS WILL BE BOUND BY THE CONDITIONS THAT FOLLOW. ALL BOOKINGS ARE MADE WITH BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL WHICH SELLS THE TOURS DESCRIBED IN THEIR PUBLICATIONS. NO PERSON HAS ANY AUTHORITY ON BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL BEHALF TO VARY THESE BOOKING CONDITIONS. THE SERVICE TO BE PROVIDED IS THE TOUR REFERRED TO IN THE BOOKING FORM. BY MAKING A RESERVATION AND PAYING THE TRIP DEPOSIT YOU CERTIFY THAT YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
4. PAYMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF BOOKING
BY MAKING A RESERVATION AND PAYING THE TRIP DEPOSIT YOU CERTIFY THAT YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. THE BALANCE OF THE TOUR PRICE IS DUE 60 DAYS BEFORE THE DEPARTURE DATE UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED ON THE TRIP. IF THE BALANCE IS NOT PAID 60 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE, BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TREAT THE CLIENT'S BOOKING AS CANCELLED.
5. UNUSED SERVICES
NO PARTIAL REFUNDS ARE POSSIBLE FOR UNUSED SERVICES INCLUDING HOTEL ROOMS, AIR OR LAND TRANSPORT, OR OTHER EXCURSIONS AND MEALS.
6. PRICES AND SURCHARGES
WE MAY OCCASIONALLY BE FACED WITH SIGNIFICANT COST INCREASES DUE TO FACTORS OVER WHICH WE HAVE NO CONTROL. AS SUCH WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO IMPOSE SURCHARGES (OR PRICE INCREASES) UP TO 4 WEEKS BEFORE DEPARTURE DUE TO UNFAVORABLE EXCHANGE RATES, INCREASES IN AIR FARES OR OTHER TRANSPORT COSTS, TAXES, OR IF GOVERNMENT ACTION SHOULD REQUIRE US TO DO SO. SURCHARGES WILL BE CALCULATED ACCORDING TO THE FULL EXTRA COSTS, COMPARED TO THE ORIGINAL COSTS AND EXCHANGE RATES. THE COMPANY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FIRST 2% OF THE ADDITIONAL. PRICE AND THE CLIENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BALANCE. IF ANY SURCHARGE RESULTS IN AN INCREASE OF MORE THAN 10% OF THE TRIP COST EXCLUDING INSURANCE PREMIUMS THE CLIENT MAY CANCEL THE BOOKING WITHIN 14 DAYS OF NOTIFICATION OF THE SURCHARGE AND OBTAIN A FULL REFUND.
7. SINGLE SUPPLEMENT
TRIP PRICES ARE BASED ON DOUBLE OR SHARED OCCUPANCY FOR SHIP CABINS. SINGLE ACCOMMODATIONS CAN BE ARRANGED FOR AN EXTRA COST BUT MAY BE LIMITED ON SOME TRIPS ACCORDING TO THE AVAILABILITY OF ROOMS. IF YOU ARE TRAVELING ALONE AND WISH TO SHARE WITH ANOTHER TRAVELER, THE FIRST WILLING-TO-SHARE, SAME GENDER ROOM MATE WILL BE ASSIGNED. SHOULD NO ONE BE AVAILABLE TO SHARE WITH YOU AT THE TIME YOU REGISTER FOR A TRIP, THE SINGLE SUPPLEMENT IS PAYABLE AND YOU WILL BE INVOICED ACCORDINGLY. IF A ROOMMATE IS FOUND PRIOR TO DEPARTURE, THIS FEE WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU.
8. FLEXIBILITY
THE STATED ITINERARY IS NOT A CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF THE COMPANY. THE CLIENT UNDERSTANDS THAT THE AMENITIES, TYPE OF TRANSPORT, ROUTE, SCHEDULE, AND ITINERARIES MAY CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE DUE TO LOCAL CIRCUMSTANCES OR EVENTS. EVENTS CAUSING THESE CHANGES MAY INCLUDE MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN, FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS, ILLNESS, POLITICAL DISPUTES, WEATHER, BORDER CROSSING PROBLEMS, AND OTHER UNFORESEEABLE FACTORS.
9. CHANGES BY BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL
WHILE BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL DOES ITS BEST TO OPERATE ALL TOURS AS ADVERTISED, REASONABLE CHANGES IN ITINERARY MAY BE MADE WHERE CONSIDERED NECESSARY. BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL ALSO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE ANY OF THE SERVICES AND FACILITIES DESCRIBED IN THE TOUR DESCRIPTIONS BEFORE A BOOKING IS MADE. IF SUCH A CHANGE IS MADE, THE CLIENT WILL BE TOLD AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. IF BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL MAKES A MAJOR CHANGE, THE COMPANY WILL INFORM THE CLIENT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF THERE IS TIME BEFORE DEPARTURE. A MAJOR CHANGE IS DEFINED AS CHANGE AFFECTING ONE DAY IN FIVE OF THE ITINERARY. WHEN A MAJOR CHANGE IS MADE THE CLIENT MAY CHOOSE BETWEEN ACCEPTING THE CHANGE, OBTAINING A FULL REFUND OF ALL PAYMENTS MADE OR ACCEPTING AN ALTERNATIVE TOUR OFFERED BY THE COMPANY. IF THE MAJOR CHANGE IS DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE OR UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCE NO COMPENSATION IS PAYABLE.
10. FACTORS OUTSIDE OF THE COMPANY'S CONTROL (FORCE MAJEURE)
THE COMPANY WILL DO ITS BEST TO MINIMIZE THE EFFECTS OF MATTERS OUTSIDE ITS CONTROL, BUT CANNOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR THESE MATTERS WHICH INCLUDE POLITICAL DISPUTES, BORDER CLOSURES, REFUSALS OF VISAS, INDUSTRIAL ACTION, DELAYED FLIGHTS, UNFORESEEN CLIMATE, ETC.
11. CHANGES BY THE CLIENT
THE CLIENT MAY ONLY MAKE A CHANGE TO A BOOKING AT LEAST 70 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE. ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS WILL BE CHARGED. NOTE THAT SCHEDULED AIRLINES MAY IMPOSE 100% CANCELLATION CHARGES. A TRANSFER FROM ONE TOUR TO ANOTHER CAN ONLY BE MADE AT LEAST 60 DAYS BEFORE THE DEPARTURE DATE OF THE FIRST BOOKED TOUR. IF SUCH A REQUEST IS ACCEPTED BY BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL THEN THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHARGE AN ADMINISTRATION FEE OF 10% OF THE VALUE OF THE FIRST BOOKED TOUR. A REQUEST TO TRANSFER RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. IN THIS CASE THE CLIENT MUST CANCEL THE BOOKING AND THEN REBOOK ON ANOTHER TOUR. ANY CHANGE OR ADDITION MADE WITHIN 30 TO 15 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $20 ADMINISTRATION FEE FOR EACH CHANGE. THIS INCLUDES BOOKING ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATIONS, TRANSFERS OR EXCURSIONS. NO CHANGES MAY BE MADE LESS THAN 15 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE.
12. IF THE CLIENT IS PREVENTED FROM TRAVELING
IF THE CLIENT IS PREVENTED FROM TRAVELING DUE TO SERIOUS ILLNESS, DEATH OR SERIOUS ILLNESS OF A CLOSE FAMILY RELATIVE OR JURY SERVICE, THEN THE CLIENT MAY TRANSFER THEIR TOUR TO ANOTHER PERSON. WRITTEN PROOF AND REASONABLE NOTICE OF THE CIRCUMSTANCE MUST BE GIVEN. IF BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL ACCEPTS THE TOUR TRANSFER, ONLY THE CLIENT MAY TRANSFER HIS OR HER BOOKING TO ANOTHER PERSON. THAT PERSON MUST SIGN THE BOOKING FORM, MUST BE SUITABLE FOR THE TOUR, AND MUST PAY ANY OUTSTANDING BALANCE. THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL COSTS THAT THE CLIENT WOULD HAVE TO PAY.
13. AUTHORITY ON TOUR
THE CLIENT MUST AT ALL TIMES COMPLY WITH THE LAWS, CUSTOMS, FOREIGN EXCHANGE AND DRUG REGULATIONS OF THE COUNTRIES VISITED. AT ALL TIMES THE DECISION OFBEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL'S TOUR LEADER OR REPRESENTATIVE IS FINAL ON ALL MATTERS THAT MAY THREATEN THE SAFETY OR INTERFERE WITH THE WELLBEING OF THE GROUP OR INDIVIDUAL TRAVELERS. SHOULD THE CLIENT FALL TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE, OR SHOULD THE CLIENT INTERFERE WITH THE WELL BEING OF THE GROUP THEN THE TOUR LEADER OR COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE MAY ORDER THE CLIENT TO LEAVE THE TOUR WITHOUT RECOURSE TO ANY REFUND.
14. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
THE CLIENT MUST OBTAIN AND HAVE POSSESSION OF A VALID PASSPORT, ALL VISAS, PERMITS AND CERTIFICATES, AND VACCINATION CERTIFICATES, REQUIRED FOR THE ENTIRE TOUR. THE CLIENT ACCEPTS RESPONSIBILITY FOR OBTAINING THESE DOCUMENTS AND ANY OTHER NECESSARY DOCUMENTS. INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL ON VISAS, VACCINATIONS, CLIMATE, CLOTHING, BAGGAGE, SPECIAL EQUIPMENT, ETC. IS GIVEN IN GOOD FAITH BUT WITHOUT RESPONSIBILITY ON THE PART OF BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL.
15. CLAIMS AND COMPLAINTS
IF A CLIENT HAS A COMPLAINT AGAINST BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL, THE CLIENT MUST FIRST INFORM THE TOUR LEADER OR COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE WHILE ON THE TOUR IN ORDER THAT THE LEADER/REPRESENTATIVE CAN ATTEMPT TO RECTIFY THE MATTER. ANY FURTHER COMPLAINT MUST BE PUT IN WRITING TO THE COMPANY WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE END OF THE TOUR.

IT IS THE CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO OBTAIN PERSONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE. THE CLIENT IS WILLING TO ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR INSURANCE UP TO LIMITS THAT THE CLIENT MAY REQUIRE. THIS INSURANCE MUST COVER PERSONAL ACCIDENT, MEDICAL EXPENSES, AIR AMBULANCE, LOSS OF EFFECTS, REPATRIATION COSTS AND ALL OTHER EXPENSES WHICH MIGHT ARISE AS A RESULT OF LOSS, DAMAGE, INJURY, DELAY OR INCONVENIENCE OCCURRING TO THE CLIENT. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT ALL CLIENTS HAVE PERSONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE. WHEN THE CLIENT HAS TAKEN TRAVEL INSURANCE THROUGH BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL THE CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE OR SHE IS SATISFIED WITH THE LEVELS OF INSURANCE ARRANGED BY US. IF HE OR SHE DOES NOT TAKE SUCH INSURANCE THROUGH BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL, THE CLIENT UNDERSTANDS THAT THE PRICE OF THE TOUR DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY INSURANCE. WHEN OBTAINING TRAVEL INSURANCE FROM A SOURCE OTHER THAN BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL, THE CLIENT MUST MAKE CERTAIN THAT THE INSURER IS AWARE OF THE TYPE OF TRAVEL THE CLIENT WILL BE UNDERTAKEN.
17. AIRLINES
OUR RESPONSIBILITY IN RESPECT OF AIR TRAVEL IS LIMITED TO THE AIRLINE'S CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE. THE AIRLINES MENTIONED IN OUR PUBLICATIONS MAY CHANGE FROM THOSE SPECIFIED, AND BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL IS NOT ABLE TO SPECIFY THE TYPE OF AIRCRAFT TO BE USED BY ANY AIRLINE. IN ADDITION, BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSSES DUE TO CANCELLED FLIGHTS OR SEATS OR CHANGED FLIGHT ITINERARIES. THE CLIENT CANNOT CANCEL THE CONTRACT WITHOUT PENALTY DUE TO A CHANGE OF AIRLINE, AIRCRAFT TYPE OR DESTINATION. SIMILARLY, THE CONTENTS OF THIS CATALOG DO NOT COMMIT THE AIRLINES MENTIONED HERE. THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE AIRLINES IS LIMITED TO THE CARRIAGE OF PASSENGERS AND BAGGAGE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE.
18. RESPONSIBILITY
ALL SERVICES ARE ORGANIZED BY BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL. NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT ALL ARRANGEMENTS MADE ON BEHALF OF THE CUSTOMERS ARE MADE BY ORGANIZERS ON THE SOLE CONDITION THAT THE ORGANIZERS SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, DEATH, ACCIDENT, DELAY, LOSS, DAMAGE OR IRREGULARITY WHICH MAY BE OCCASIONED THROUGH ACTS OF ANY COMPANY AND/OR PERSONS ENGAGED IN CARRYING OUT THE ARRANGEMENTS AND SERVICES DESCRIBED HEREIN OR OTHERWISE IN CONNECTION HEREWITH. BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVELACTS AS AN AGENT FOR TRANSPORT COMPANIES, HOTELS AND OTHER CONTRACTORS AND SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, DAMAGE LOSS, DELAY OR IRREGULARITY THAT MAY OCCUR; INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FLIGHT DELAYS AND CANCELLATION, ANY DEFECT IN A VEHICLE OR ANY OTHER FORM OF CONVEYING A TRAVELER, ACTS OF GOD, DETENTION, DELAYS OR EXPENSES ARISING FROM QUARANTINE, STRIKE, THEFT, FORCE MAJEURE, CIVIL DISTURBANCE, GOVERNMENT RESTRICTION OR REGULATION, ACCIDENT BY AIRCRAFT, BOAT, BICYCLE, MOTOR VEHICLE OR ANY OTHER FORM OF TRANSPORT IN ANY HOTEL OR GUEST HOUSE, OR OTHER FORM OF ACCOMMODATION. THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE PUBLICATIONS IS CORRECT TO THE BEST OF THE ORGANIZER'S KNOWLEDGE, BUT THE ORGANIZER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ALTER ANY ITINERARY OR SERVICE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PENALTY TO THE ORGANIZER. ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSES OR CANCELLATION SHALL BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER. THE ORGANIZER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW OR REFUSE ANY SERVICE TO ANY CUSTOMER AT THE DISCRETION OF THE ORGANIZER. PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT IS TAKEN AS ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT TO THE ABOVE ITEMS. BAGGAGE AND PERSON EFFECTS ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OWNERS AT ALL TIMES. THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR TO REFUSE ANY PERSON AS A MEMBER OF THIS TRIP AT ANY TIME, WHEN SUCH ACTION IS DETERMINED BY BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL TO BE IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE HEALTH, SAFETY, OR GENERAL WELFARE OF THE TOUR GROUP OR OF THE INDIVIDUAL, SUBJECT ONLY TO THE REQUIREMENT THAT THE PORTION OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID WHICH CORRESPONDS TO THE UNUSED SERVICES AND ACCOMMODATIONS BE REFUNDED. PASSENGERS REQUIRING EXTRAORDINARY ASSISTANCE MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY SOMEONE WHO CAN AND WILL BE TOTALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING ALL REQUIRED ASSISTANCE. IF THE ENTIRE PROGRAM IS CANCELLED FOR ANY REASON, PARTICIPANTS SHALL HAVE NO CLAIM OTHER THAN FOR A FULL REFUND. BY FORWARDING THE DEPOSIT, THE PASSENGER CERTIFIES THAT HE/SHE HAS NO PHYSICAL, MENTAL, OR OTHER CONDITION OF DISABILITY THAT WOULD CREATE A HAZARD FOR HIM/HER OR OTHER PASSENGERS AND ACCEPTS THE BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
19. TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
IN THE EVENT THAT A PRODUCT IS LISTED AT AN INCORRECT PRICE IN PRINTED MATERIAL, ON THE BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL WEBSITE (BEYONDBOUNDARIESTRAVEL.COM), OR THE BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL SHOPPING CART, DUE TO SUPPLIER PRICING INFORMATION OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR, BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL ORDERS PLACED FOR THE PRODUCT LISTED AT THE INCORRECT PRICE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED AND YOUR CREDIT CARD CHARGED. A FULL REFUND WILL BE MADE TO PASSENGERS WHO CHOOSE NOT TO PAY AN INCREASE, PROVIDED BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL RECEIVES A WRITTEN CANCELLATION WITHIN FIVE DAYS OF THE PRICE INCREASE NOTIFICATION.
20. JURISDICTION
BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL HOME OFFICE IS IN COLORADO AND ANY DISPUTES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY COLORADO LAW AND ARE SUBJECT TO EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN EL PASO COUNTY, COLORADO. IN CALCULATING THE COST OF YOUR TRIP, BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAVEL HAS RELIED ON YOUR CONSENT TO THESE TERMS AND IN THE ABSENCE OF THIS RELEASE, THE TRIP COST WOULD HAVE BEEN HIGHER.
