Day 1: Pula – Medulin (34 miles/55 km; 371 ft/340 m of altitude)
Individual arrival in Pula. The city is the unofficial capital of Istria with its impressive Roman history testimonies.
If you arrive by car we are offering a safe parking space for you. Between 2 and 2:30 pm check-in on the motor yacht. Our first ride (start around 3 pm) around the city of Pula leads us to beautiful bays and to the southernmost point of Istria. On a well paved road we arrive in Medulin. The shady village square is perfect for a quick refreshment before we cycle to a quiet bay close to Pula where we spend the night.
Day 2: Vrsar - Poreč (45 miles/73 km; 601 ft/550 m of altitude)
After breakfast our ship takes off and a after a 3.5 hours cruise we arrive in Vrsar, the city in which the heart-breaker Casanova had its refuge from the pursuing lovers. From Vrsar we cycle to the Istrian hinterland, to Kloštar. After a break - during which we may taste the suckling pig - we continue to Poreč. The changeful history of Poreč can be explored on foot after dinner. Our local tour guide shows us the enchanting old town and the buildings from many different periods while we stroll through the lively alleys
Day 3: Poreč – Umag (63 miles/102 km; 3,937 ft/1,200 m of altitude)
Today’s route takes us from Poreč through intensive vineyards to Višnjan, the home of the famous Boskarin cattle. After a cycling around the Istrian hinterland past bewitching villages such as Motovun we eventually return to the coast. We find our boat for dinner in Umag which offers a picturesque old town centre located on a promontory with the remains of a medieval city wall.
Day 4: Umag – Savudrija – Umag - Novigrad (46 miles/75 km; 2,460 ft/750 m of altitude)
In the morning we cycle from Umag to Savudrija peninsular - the most northern point of Istria. If the weather is good we can enjoy a wonderful view to Slovenia, Italy and even to the Alps. On our return to the boat we have many opportunities to take a refreshing swim in the sea. In the afternoon we cycle through the mountainous hinterland of Umag until we reach Novigrad. There are many beautiful cafés and bars around the port in which we may spend a relaxing evening.
Day 5: Novigrad – Vrsar (49 miles/80 km; 2,296 ft/700 m of altitude)
After breakfast we leave Novigrad with the bikes and cycle along the coast and back into the hinterland until we reach Grožnjan. The artist village is perfect to make a coffee stop. Afterwards we continue via Vižinada on a diversified route to Vrsar where our ship is waiting. The rest of the day is spent aboard and with swimming. Dinner and overnight stay is planned to be in a silent bay.
Day 6: Round- trip tour of Rovinj (43-74 miles/70-120 km; 985- 2296 ft/300-700 m of altitude)
Our boat takes us to Rovinj, the perl of Istria. The charm of this picturesque city will enchant us quickly. Our return tour takes us into the hinterland of Rovinj. We pass Sv. Vincent and visit the village Sv. Petar and can choose to cycle the longer route and visit Pazin as well. We have enough time to enjoy the unique atmosphere of Rovinj. After dinner a local tour guide leads us through the labyrinth alleys of this ancient city. Overnight stay in Rovinj.
Day 7: Rovinj – Fažana – Brijuni – Pula (27 miles/45 km; 985 ft/300 m of altitude)
A morning cycle tour takes us from Rovinj to Fažana. Here we leave our bicycles and cruise over to the Brijuni-islands by ferry. Until the death of Tito in 1980 the paradise islands of Brijuni were a restricted area which remained for the governing elite and their guests only. The island visitor train takes us to the corners of this tropical nature park and we explore a lush flora and exotic fauna. In the evening we cycle from Fažana to Pula where the boat is already awaiting us with dinner.
Day 8: Disembarkation in Pula
After breakfast disembarkation takes place until 9 am and individual trip home or extension of your holiday in Croatia.

Tarin
With its dark green painted hull and the white stripes the Tarin is an eye-catcher from afar wherever it is. Completed at the beginning of the 2004 season, it is the one of newest ships in the fleet. The furnishings of the cabins attest to the care and devotion that captain Nevio put into the building of his ship. Bright wood, curtains on the large windows and the nicely furnished cabins will immediately make you feel at home on the Tarin.
The ship has 11 cabins, of which 10 are above deck. Four cabins have a double bed (4.6 ft/140 cm) and a single bunk. Two cabins are equipped with a double bed 4.6 ft (140 cm). The five remaining cabins have two bunks, which are arranged one above the other or next to each other. A cozy cabin is below deck. It has one small desk, sepa-rate beds and two portholes. Each cabin has a private shower/toilet.
