Day 1: Individual journey to Schoenau am Koenigssee
Day 2: Schoenau/Koenigsee – Weissbach, "National Park Berchtesgaden" (5.5 hours)
The first trail starts in a magic forest heading to the idyllic Lake Hintersee. The day's highlights include comfortable walking into the heart of the National Park and steep rock walls towering to the left and to the right. You then cross the border into Austria and follow the ancient salt trail to Weissbach.

Day 3: Weissbach – Dienten am Hochkoenig, "Panorama Trail" (5 hours)
The day begins with a bus ride to Maria Alm. From there, you climb to the start of the Pinzgauer Grass Mountains. A walk of unsurpassed scenery, you follow a chain of undulating summits across alpine pastures. The view to nearby Hohe Tauern belongs to the highlights of Austrian walking trails.

Day 4: Dienten – Arthurhouse/Mühlbach, "Alpine pasture trails" (5 hours)
Today is one of the most beautiful walking tours on alpine pastures. Below the steep needle-like towers known as “Mandlwalls”, you walk along the foot of the Hochkoenig Massif to Arthurhouse. Chamois, cattle, horses and countless cabins as well as impressive scenery, as you would see in a movie.
Overnight in Arthurhouse, close to Madlwalls.
Day 5: Rest day at the foot of Hochkoenig Massif
Enjoy the day off, take a short hike to surrounding cabins or catch the bus to the next village of Mühlbach.

Day 6: Arthurhaus/Mühlbach – Golling, "Salzach valley" (4 hours)
The morning sees you walking up to alpine pasture of the “Hochkönig-Region”. The imposing massif once more opens up to allow stunning views. You then walk on the ancient miner’s trail down into the valley of River Salzach, before continuing to Werfen. In Wefern, the mighty forest Hohenwerfen is well worth a visit.

Day 7: Golling – Schoenau/Koenigssee, "Torrener Joch & Jenner" (6 hours)
One more highlight is in store for you: a long ascent to the border crossing, Torrener Joch, and then to the Jenner Summit in Berchtesgaden. The day starts with an idyllic walk through Bluntautal Valley that is closed off by steep rock walls. Climb through the forest and scattered alpine pastures. Once you reach the summit of Jenner you can enjoy an view of the all the week's hikes, as well as Lake Koenigssee. By cable car, you head down into the valley.

I. Cancellation by the Customer / Substitute Participants / Rebooking
1. Prior to departure, the customer can always cancel the contract. The customer is advised to declare the cancellation in written form. In the case of the resignation of the journey or a no show by the customer, we are entitled to charge the following cancellation charges: (Percentages refer to the respective tour price):

Consequently we strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
2. Each registered participant may be replaced by a third party should we be informed three days prior to departure. EUROHIKE may object to the participation of the third party. Then the above mentioned cancellation fees apply. Should a substitute person/party replace the registered person, the original contract will not be affected. For rebooking expenses we are entitled to charge € 50.
3. Any changes regarding room number or type, category of hotel and catering are - if this is possible in the hotels and the capacity is available – generally doable up to 14 days prior to departure. For these alterations we are entitled to charge € 50.
II. Conclusion of Contract
1. With its registration, the customer offers EUROHIKE / EUROFUN TOURISTIK the binding conclusion of a travel contract. The reservation is to be made in writing via the form provided.. Also, an oral notification, for example via telephone or other written notification to us or our partner agencies will be binding. The reservation made by the applicant is also for all named participants. The customer accepts the binding conditions of travel valid at the time - also in the name and on behalf of the named participants.
2. The contract comes into force upon acceptance by EUROHIKE or its partner agencies by sending the booking confirmation.
3. Any supplementary agreement and changes of the signed travel contract require our written confirmation.
III. Payment
After receiving the booking confirmation a deposit of 20%, maximum of € 100, - per person is payable. The balance is due no earlier than two weeks before departure - after receiving the remaining amount the travel documents will be sent to the customer. For the deposit bank accounts in Austria, Germany and Switzerland are to your disposal. Please note that the full invoice amount must be credited to our account, any costs of payment transactions will be charged to the customer!

IV. Services
1. The scope of contractual services, the service descriptions in the current EUROHIKE catalog for the traveling time is significant. Not different statements or promises of procuring travel agencies, tourist and hotel brochures or other third parties. The specified Stage locations are the main milestones of the walking tours. In individual cases your consent to evasion into the near surroundings can be required without entitlement to deduction of the travel price.
2. The tour price is per person based on double/twin bed occupancy. For an additional charge - if available - a single room can be booked. In some hotels, however, only a limited number of single rooms are available, therefore it might be necessary to move to a simpler accommodation or perhaps bed and breakfast are in another hotel or private guest house. If, exceptionally, no single room is available, you might have to share a twin bedroom with a fellow traveler. In that case the room surcharge would be refunded, proportionally.
V. Liability and Limitation of Liability
1. EUROFUN TOURISTIK GmbH is liable under the care of a prudent businessman for the conscientious tour preparation, careful selection and monitoring of service providers and the correctness of the valid travel period for the performance specifications at the time of print of our catalog
2. Participation in the walking tours is at your own risk. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to participate in a trip.
3. Each participant is responsible for ensuring that his health withstands the demands of the trip.
4. For all transports (bus, boat, plane, etc.) the transport conditions of the respective transport operators are applied.
5. If for any reason we cannot influence (alterations, renovations, etc.), a planned visit/excursion etc. does not take place, we cannot be held responsible.
6. Should any damage occur, which has been caused solely by a service provider selected by us or which neither was caused by us intentionally nor through gross negligence, our liability - on whatever legal grounds, is limited to three times the price of the tour.
7. In case of loss or damage of luggage, we are liable only if the damages were caused by us and are reported to us immediately after occurrence. In that case, only up to a maximum amount of € 200 per person. We assume no liability for articles that are not usually carried in baggage, - for currency of any kind, - for optical damage - and damage to handrails and roles - for damage to baggage that exceeds the total weight of 20 kg. For these risks we recommend the travel security package.
VI. Warranty
1. Remedy
If the trip is not provided under the contract, the customer can demand redress. Contractual compliance is determined on one hand, on the terms of reference, on the other hand, by the local standard of the destination country. EUROHIKE - EUROFUN TOURISTIK GmbH may deny the remedy if it requires an extraordinary effort, but is authorized to provide relief in the form of equal or higher quality replacements. Such a substitution may be refused by the customer only for a good, objective reason recognizable. The remedy request is sent directly to us or to the guide. The guide is not authorized to accept claims.
2. Reduction of the price
For the duration of non compliance of provision of travel until the remedy by EUROHIKE – EUROFUN TOURISTIK GmbH the customer can request a corresponding reduction of the price after returning from the trip. The reduction does not apply if and insofar as it omits the traveler culpably, the defects in point. VI 1 referred to the proper time display to allow substitute.
3. Any claims must be submitted to us no later than one month after contractual termination of the tour.
VII. Obligation
1. If the passenger is not provided the travel documents in time, he has to inform EUROHIKE - EUROFUN TOURISTIK GmbH immediately.
2. The traveler is required to, in case of any disruptions to services, do everything within reasonable assistance in remedying the problem and to keep any resulting damage to a minimum or avoid them if possible. The customer is especially obliged to immediately inform the designated staffbodies referred to in VI 1 for information. The staff is authorized to take remedial action, if possible. If the customer fails culpably to notify a defect, then a claim for reduction cannot be taken into account.
VIII. Miscellaneous
1. The customer is solely responsible for compliance with all passport, visa, customs and health regulations.
2. We reserve the right to make changes in prices and services, as well as the correction of errors and misprints.
3. The invalidity of any single provision of the contract does not invalidate the entire contract.
IX. Jurisdiction / Applicable Law
1. The contract is subject to Austrian law.
2. The customer can only sue EUROHIKE - EUROFUN TOURISTIK GmbH at its headquarters.
3. For lawsuits against the tour operator the residence of the customer is binding, unless the action is brought against entrepreneurs or people who have no legal status in Austria. In this case, the seat of the tour operator is decisive.

For all trips that are identified as original tour, the organizer is EUROHIKE EUROFUN-Touristik GmbH; A-5162 Obertrum am See. For all other tours EUROHIKE - EUROFUN TOURISTIK GmbH acts as travel agent.

According to the travel agencies implementing Regulation - Reisebürosicherungsverordnung (RSV) customer deposits in packaged tours of the tour operator Eurofun Touristik GmbH (registration number 1999/0035 in the tour operator list of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Labour) are secured under the following conditions: permitted on point II payment must be confirmed in early prepayments or residual payments not be required and are not hedged. Guarantor or insurer is the Volksbank Braunau, 5280 Braunau (Bank Guarantee No. 5746). Registration on all claims of loss of eligibility is due within 8 weeks of the start of insolvency, settlement (Reiseversicherung AG - European Travel Insurance AG, Kratochwjlestestraße 4, 1220 Vienna, Tel +43 (1) 317 25 00, Fax.Nr. +43 (1) 319 93 67). Refund applications are to be provided within 8 weeks from admission requirement. An appropriate protection certificate is included in the booking confirmation.

2. The contract comes into force upon acceptance by EUROHIKE or its partner agencies by sending the booking confirmation.
3. Any supplementary agreement and changes of the signed travel contract require our written confirmation.
III. Payment
After receiving the booking confirmation a deposit of 20%, maximum of € 100, - per person is payable. The balance is due no earlier than two weeks before departure - after receiving the remaining amount the travel documents will be sent to the customer. For the deposit bank accounts in Austria, Germany and Switzerland are to your disposal. Please note that the full invoice amount must be credited to our account, any costs of payment transactions will be charged to the customer!

IV. Services
1. The scope of contractual services, the service descriptions in the current EUROHIKE catalog for the traveling time is significant. Not different statements or promises of procuring travel agencies, tourist and hotel brochures or other third parties. The specified Stage locations are the main milestones of the walking tours. In individual cases your consent to evasion into the near surroundings can be required without entitlement to deduction of the travel price.
2. The tour price is per person based on double/twin bed occupancy. For an additional charge - if available - a single room can be booked. In some hotels, however, only a limited number of single rooms are available, therefore it might be necessary to move to a simpler accommodation or perhaps bed and breakfast are in another hotel or private guest house. If, exceptionally, no single room is available, you might have to share a twin bedroom with a fellow traveler. In that case the room surcharge would be refunded, proportionally.
V. Liability and Limitation of Liability
1. EUROFUN TOURISTIK GmbH is liable under the care of a prudent businessman for the conscientious tour preparation, careful selection and monitoring of service providers and the correctness of the valid travel period for the performance specifications at the time of print of our catalog
2. Participation in the walking tours is at your own risk. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to participate in a trip.
3. Each participant is responsible for ensuring that his health withstands the demands of the trip.
4. For all transports (bus, boat, plane, etc.) the transport conditions of the respective transport operators are applied.
5. If for any reason we cannot influence (alterations, renovations, etc.), a planned visit/excursion etc. does not take place, we cannot be held responsible.
6. Should any damage occur, which has been caused solely by a service provider selected by us or which neither was caused by us intentionally nor through gross negligence, our liability - on whatever legal grounds, is limited to three times the price of the tour.
7. In case of loss or damage of luggage, we are liable only if the damages were caused by us and are reported to us immediately after occurrence. In that case, only up to a maximum amount of € 200 per person. We assume no liability for articles that are not usually carried in baggage, - for currency of any kind, - for optical damage - and damage to handrails and roles - for damage to baggage that exceeds the total weight of 20 kg. For these risks we recommend the travel security package.
VI. Warranty
1. Remedy
If the trip is not provided under the contract, the customer can demand redress. Contractual compliance is determined on one hand, on the terms of reference, on the other hand, by the local standard of the destination country. EUROHIKE - EUROFUN TOURISTIK GmbH may deny the remedy if it requires an extraordinary effort, but is authorized to provide relief in the form of equal or higher quality replacements. Such a substitution may be refused by the customer only for a good, objective reason recognizable. The remedy request is sent directly to us or to the guide. The guide is not authorized to accept claims.
2. Reduction of the price
For the duration of non compliance of provision of travel until the remedy by EUROHIKE – EUROFUN TOURISTIK GmbH the customer can request a corresponding reduction of the price after returning from the trip. The reduction does not apply if and insofar as it omits the traveler culpably, the defects in point. VI 1 referred to the proper time display to allow substitute.
3. Any claims must be submitted to us no later than one month after contractual termination of the tour.
VII. Obligation
1. If the passenger is not provided the travel documents in time, he has to inform EUROHIKE - EUROFUN TOURISTIK GmbH immediately.
2. The traveler is required to, in case of any disruptions to services, do everything within reasonable assistance in remedying the problem and to keep any resulting damage to a minimum or avoid them if possible. The customer is especially obliged to immediately inform the designated staffbodies referred to in VI 1 for information. The staff is authorized to take remedial action, if possible. If the customer fails culpably to notify a defect, then a claim for reduction cannot be taken into account.
VIII. Miscellaneous
1. The customer is solely responsible for compliance with all passport, visa, customs and health regulations.
2. We reserve the right to make changes in prices and services, as well as the correction of errors and misprints.
3. The invalidity of any single provision of the contract does not invalidate the entire contract.
IX. Jurisdiction / Applicable Law
1. The contract is subject to Austrian law.
2. The customer can only sue EUROHIKE - EUROFUN TOURISTIK GmbH at its headquarters.
3. For lawsuits against the tour operator the residence of the customer is binding, unless the action is brought against entrepreneurs or people who have no legal status in Austria. In this case, the seat of the tour operator is decisive.
Tour Operator
For all trips that are identified as original tour, the organizer is EUROHIKE EUROFUN-Touristik GmbH; A-5162 Obertrum am See. For all other tours EUROHIKE - EUROFUN TOURISTIK GmbH acts as travel agent.

According to the travel agencies implementing Regulation - Reisebürosicherungsverordnung (RSV) customer deposits in packaged tours of the tour operator Eurofun Touristik GmbH (registration number 1999/0035 in the tour operator list of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Labour) are secured under the following conditions: permitted on point II payment must be confirmed in early prepayments or residual payments not be required and are not hedged. Guarantor or insurer is the Volksbank Braunau, 5280 Braunau (Bank Guarantee No. 5746). Registration on all claims of loss of eligibility is due within 8 weeks of the start of insolvency, settlement (Reiseversicherung AG - European Travel Insurance AG, Kratochwjlestestraße 4, 1220 Vienna, Tel +43 (1) 317 25 00, Fax.Nr. +43 (1) 319 93 67). Refund applications are to be provided within 8 weeks from admission requirement. An appropriate protection certificate is included in the booking confirmation.
